This is an minimally electronic indie-pop duo from Los Angeles. They have kind of a jazzy sound and it really works for them. My favorite tracks include: "Again & Again", "Fucking Boyfriend", "Because", and "Spark".

These guys are the shit right now. Every hipster record store has stocked up on their entire back catalog. Amazing live and damn catchy.

These guys are also at the top of their game, though still under the radar in the serious music world. They were whored on MySpace for weeks, and you will recognize at least two of the songs on this album from television commercials. "Cobrastyle" and "Different Sound".

Eclectic indie rock/pop from Australia. They're one of those 71 member bands where everybody plays whatever. Pretty unique stuff. They use a lot of non-traditional instruments, recorders, brass/woodwind instruments as well as a wide variety of obscure percussion instruments.

Indie rock band from my hometown of Omaha, Nebraska! I think this show was probably the most fun show I've been to. The percussion on this album consists of only tap dancing, tambourine, and on a couple of tracks, a drum machine (808 maybe?). Very energetic.
